Walmart here I come!

Who you know has absolutely no bearing on getting hired. They are so stringent that their rehire policy is you start from scratch just like a new driver, with absolutely NO consideration given for any previous time with them as a driver. I've also heard that knowing someone can actually HURT your chances, as they risk being accused of favoritism. None of that here!

Hey Matt did you get your own truck yet ? I haven't seen much of you at the dc. Ive had a truck the whole week the last few weeks. They have kept me out until my go home day. I've got to see a lot of the other Dcs. Ran out of 6011 6048 and 6057 all week last week. Wasn't bad kinda like it over there.

 

Well I missed 8 items but the two of the 8 was something that the safety manager automatically disqualify you for but he was nice enough to tell me and told that if I reapply in a year they call me back so I wrote what I missed down

 

I go for my skills test june 23rd. I see a lot of guys are not making it first try. I am sorry to hear that. I have looked up videos on YouTube. Some are an hour long. Does anyone know how long they give u on the pre trip. Any pointers would be appreciated also. Thank you

 

30 minutes it was I was told on my pretrip yesterday. Where r u taking your test at

Make sure you check your say your permit book and check the permit in front of trailer that's what automatically got me
