    Vacation is 1 week/1 year, 2 weeks/2 years, 3 weeks/7 years, 4 weeks/15 years.

The price of medical insurance varies by what state (and sometimes town) you reside in. Where I am here near Houston, TX, the medical insurance is running me about $180 every 2 weeks. I am on the most expensive family plan available for where I live.

Insurance will depend on what state you live in. It is reasonably good. Not too expensive for me and my my family. Vacation, 1 year =1 week. 2 after 3 years I think..... Gary would know better.

To contrast that, and show how much of a difference location makes, for us, out of the Buckeye DC in AZ, we are paying $115 every two weeks for the top HMO plan, plus an additional $24 for the best dental plan.

Oh, and that is for the family plan, also.

Walmart is not offering any HMO plans here in this part of Texas currently. The plan I am on has shown to be better than it appears on the surface. A lot of items covered at little to no cost that are considered preventative care.

I'd have no problem with cameras. I drive safe and I am in compliance with regulations and policies, so I've nothing to hide. It would only benefit us. A rear-ender is automatically your fault, how many times has an ignorant 4-wheeler cut you off to take his exit? If you hit him, and it was his fault, YOU'LL get the blame unless you had proof you were doing everything right. I want to get my own when I have the money, but I'll be happy to have one provided.

Congrats Bill! You will like it here! I run out of Menomonie and see Beaver Dam frequently. Good luck and take your time getting into the swing of things. Lots to absorb and trying to push too hard leads to bad things. Not worth losing the safety bonus/safety days trying to hurry and save yourself 5 minutes at a store/vendor. I'm sure our paths will cross one of these days. Good luck! Josh

Yes! Cameras are a great idea! I was going to buy my own.. However cameras facing drivers benefit the driver Not! It's only to distance the driver from company in court.. I don't need the company watching me! I'm a professional. If they put a camera facing me!? Then I will leave. And they'll loose another Professional.

Driver-facing cameras would upset me as well. It would show me how little they trusted ME. But from what I've been told, that's not the route they're taking, in fact, my DC says no cameras are coming period, but we'll wait and see.

What ones considers the best benefit is subjective. Many will say the job itself.

Yes, Walmart matches 401K contributions dollar for dollar up to 6% of ones contributions. Must be employed for one year before being eligible for the matching funds.
