I've been to the Falls Sam's club once since we picked it up, but I'd been there many times before both with water when I drove for H.O. Wolding and when I did the dedicated out of Johnstown my first year with JB Hunt. It is a nice run. I did Cheektowaga yesterday, another familiar Sam's from the past. Either one makes for a nice trip. A welcome change of scenery.

went to a vendor and they won't take our badges they wanted my cdl so wally took me off the load just another way private fleet takes care of us

 

Sure is a huge difference from what I was used to. Last night I went to a vendor for a pickup, there had to be 30 trucks already waiting. They load out of 4 doors. My pickup was scheduled for the next day and there were signs all over saying you can't be late or early. Apparently that doesn't apply to Walmart, they gave me a door immediately and I was loaded in 30 minutes. I guess when you figure how big Walmart is...size matters LOL.

 

Hi again! I have another question about hiring on to Walmart that i am hoping someone can answer. My husband is fearing retrabution from his current employer if they find out he is trying to get another job. When he passes his pre-trip/road test does anyone know what Walmart does when they contact the person's current employer?
