A 6/2 will actually turn into a 5.5/2.5. The best part of it will be the alternating days off. So, he will actually get weekends off every so often. Plus, you will never work an extended week, and you will always get 2+ days off.
While it may not be for everyone, it is very appealing to us.
Tom, plus you can stack personal days for another day off.
What a problem to have.................... trying to figure out days to take all of this time off. LOL
Walmart here I come!

Hey Jim! I was wondering if you fell off the planet. Good to see you and that all is going well. On my 30 under a return turkey run. I'll get this week done then have four days off for my new out day for spring realignment.
Tom, I hope everything works out for you regardless of our differences. I have been very patient and placed much thought on sharing words with you. I appreciate all your contribution to this thread.TomOfTx Thanks this. -
None the program drivers can be extended on their work week. I've known a 6/2 driver that would work into a 7th day, btw. 2 days off can be a bear to recover from if it's been a long week. If it's going to turn into a 5.5 day week, why not just grab a 5.5 day schedule? Not working the schedule you chose doesn't seem like a plan that management would expect.
I run a 6/3. I work 6 full days because there is no chance I'm working any of my 3 days off, ever. I'll walk back to the dc to go home on my go home day before it happens. -
interpreter Thanks this.

That's right, lol.

Does it matter what others tell you at the other job? Are you injured? If so your managers should have started the paperwork already. If you're fine, why bother?
All this online hiring stuff is new to me. But I do wish you the best through the process? -
Well, unless you were punched by the owner of the company or your boss or supervisor, I highly doubt that any law suit would be worth your while. However, I cannot see how it would harm your chances as far as getting hired with Walmart. I could be wrong... do you think he did a couple million dollars worth of damage to you? I can't imagine you would get very much. I would only be concerned about filing for workers comp. You can always sue somebody no matter who you work for. Just my two cents.

Hi middleoftheroad my boss is trying to talk me out of it , I did get insured broke teeth and my new I phone 6 was broken I just don't want anything to prevent me from getting the driving job @ walmart

As long as your medical bills are paid in full, you lost no time I'd leave the comp case alone. As far as the phone goes, small claims court exists for a reason, sue the other guy for your damages. That's not unreasonable. It's just not work comp.
