Not only that, I made a promise to my step-son (slightly austistic) that he could come out with me during spring break before I left. Don't want to burn bridges with my current company, hope I get routed back by the house to clean out my truck and the promise I made I just couldn't feel right about jumping this early. We do Boars Head and I told them to give me another Brooklyn load Sun so I can run across the Verazano so he can see the city from up higher.

I know Smyrna is doing the Baltimore backhauls of dirt out of PA that you need to follow written directions and if you have to pick up water from Nestle in Allentown make sure you scale it at the scale a couple miles down the road, they load over gross.

Andrew13, Re the violation, I searched the AZ Criminal Code and found two things for you. (1) You are right - seat belt violation IS a secondary infraction, meaning that you cannot be pulled over just for that UNLESS a child is not properly restrained and (2) this is a CIVIL offense that will not be reported to the state and affect your license, insurance, etc. See Section C and D about half way down the page.

Here's a link to the AZ code: (Title15, Article 28, Section 909) last updated on 01-12-15 - to read for yourself or use as evidence if you contest the charge!
    http://www.azleg.state.az.us/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/28/00909.htm&Title=28&DocType=ARS

Hope this is helpful. And BTW, re my name, LeoLady relates to zodiac / born in August - not my job (if it matters)! I found this thread of Matt's about 30 pages in when I was doing research to help a trucker friend find a good job. Became addicted to the awesome community that you all have created here - how helpful all of you are to one another.

most drivers shudder when they get sent to Toby or Pottsville... from what I hear, dedicated gets a lot of the metro stuff, but the chance is always there. Good luck if you get Valley Stream, busiest store we have, not a lot of room. The White Plains store is fun, most of the LI stores are decent. Getting to and from is the joy! White Plains Sugar back haul is a bit of a pain. Anyway, don't sweat it. Welcome aboard.

They said LI every once in a while central jersey is normally the cut off but I guest anything possible but I'm ready for anything I've been to NYC so much this year I'm kool with it. I'm definitely ok with south man stress free trucking. Plus we get good money for them LI loads.

That's awesome how you are looking out for your kid man family first and thanks for the heads up on the operational stuff. That dirt is probably out of Oxford I use to run my flat in and out of that place a lot this time of the year.
