Walmart here I come!

After the pretrip road test you get a conditional offer and then you got to go home and get on your computer and you going to submit a form about your background check and then they do a background check on you

 

Congrats Louisiana!!! Just do as one of the posts I read: Pre-trip as you were a cop on a mission. Lol.
I interviewed with 3 different people and then I had to do the pre-trip and road test, but this interview is very relaxed.

They do but you have to get on your computer and answer 5 or. 6 ? No or if yes explain then the company that does it will proceed it's basically you get them given them the authorization to do it

Have you been arrested before are you a sex offender are you a first level six offender if you are are you registered as a sex offender in the jurisdiction you supposed to be registered and things like that

 

Matt, they changed how they do the background check in August 2013. My hiring group was the first at Sealy to use the new system.

For those who have a background check pending, if you log into the site you submitted it to and everything shows as "Competitive", you are good to go and will hear from Walmart sometime afterwards to schedule your orientation.

 

Walmart is smart, 1st they dont evn put any of that on ther application, 2nd they dont ask if ur been convicted of a felony like othr jobs, 3rd they ask if u evr been arrested r to jail whichevr way they word it, huh so whether u been convicted r not they just wasnt to c if u been arrested and for wat, by the time they finish wit u they will know wat time ur mother gav birth to u, but all n all I guess they dont add that till last because evry situation is diffrent, sometimes ur n the wrong place at the wrong time and get caught up n bullcrap
