    Congrats guys. First day on my own today . Deadhead to Bedford pa then a load of groceries two stopper in Baltimore got held up in traffic so not a huge day financially but still more than where I used to be

    Give it time and it will get better. Once you learn your area and have your routine down, things will pick up. Don't ever get in a rush, its not worth it. Be safe!

    Motor carriers go out of business frequently. If you have job security where you are at now, then stay put.

    Money and benefits are great. Enjoying your job and looking forward to going to work is not something you see in many places. This is where Walmart has the edge over any motor carrier I have ever worked for.
