Walmart here I come!

I did not get all of mine at one time. They kind of came in in batches. Then I had 1 shirt with a 500000 mile patch on it, LOL, that they had to fix. One snapped shirt has had snaps go bad, and one pair of shorts had a bad zipper.

I think they do shorts here due to the extreme heat. Some of the guys here wear shorts year around.

 

quick question here... ive been going through everything on all my records making sure everything is perfect before I apply at walmart. I just checked my csa report and remembered I had an inspection 9/6/2010 that didn't go so well. that lady was hell bent on finding as much as she could wrong. when do they check your csa ? is it before the 1st interview or when they run your back ground check? should I wait until after 9/6 when the 3 years are up to apply or will it be gone before they would get to checking it? its the only thing I have on any of my records

They don't check your personal CSA score. Any violations that appear on your MVR report is what Walmart checks. Walmart does a check of your MVR after first interview & criminal background check after second interview (job offer). I would suggest you get a copy of your complete MVR before applying so you know what Walmart will see.

 

thanks for that info!! just trying to be overly cautious.. there wasn't any moving violations involved mostly things the company needed to take care of but still looks bad when it was a long list .... my part was no medical certificate . my daughter accidently washed my wallet the night before and my fault for not checking to make sure everything was still in there.

 

I know what you mean. I was extra cautious too. Good thing is as of January 30, 2014, you won't need to carry medical card with you. It will be listed on your CDL licence info.

 

Not at all. I have a great relationship with my boss. We had lunch together and she wished me great success at Walmart. All is good. Tomorrow is my last day and only 5 days until I am a Wally driver! Wahoooooo!

 

thanks drozzer ive already checked mvr its spotless. the csa comes off sept 6 th so it looks like I chose a good time. now just got to figure out which dc id be willing to relocate to since the ones I want aren't hiring right now.
