Family atmosphere is the vibe I get as well there's a thing here called the 10 foot rule where you don't come within ten feet of someone without acknowledging them and greeting them and it is apparent that it is adhered to and that is just a part of the culture here...really nice place to work.

Wow! Psychologically that's so important to a relationship that's mind renewing and grows a person and think about multiplying that times all the staff drivers etc that can create some solid bonding man inside and outside the workplace! Kudos to you Ron and all the Wal-Mart drivers that's inspirational to me man thanks.

 

Just sharing my real-life experiences that I've read about from others before my time arrived and now I am seeing it with my own 2 eyes and they did not exaggerate. My dad is so proud of me and he tells me I've paid my dues and he's ecstatic that I have this opportunity.

 

Sitting on pins and needles myself waiting for criminal check and drug test so can get to the final process and hope for final official offer by end of year!

And here's one that really confuses me on the health insurance HSA or HRA??? Which is better for me and why.....
