Walmart here I come!

Just got the same call waiting for that fungal call too buddy!
I checked with my former employer and so far they contacted them and they gave me a clean bill of health! It's 3:30am and I'm on this blog laying in bed with my wife lol I'm going nuts HAHAHA

 

I do need to say Thank You for starting this thread drozzer. I did a search for driver feedback on the company and it brought me to this thread. Granted, I've only been here for a short while, but I am thankful for the people and what I have learned. I look forward to hopefully helping others as well. Thank you again!

 

Doing great Joey Thanks for asking. I'm done with orientation and I head out with my trainer Tuesday morning and I'm excited to actually begin doing the job and seeing what it's all about...stay tuned.

Did they cover any do's and don't's like where not to park, their computer and e logs idling etc?

Hi everyone, just registered with this forum after finding this thread a few nights ago. Its really mind blowing to read how supportive, excited and helpful everyone has been towards each other with joining WalMart. I start my orientation Nov. 30th in Opelousas, LA. and i too am very excited but also nervous leaving my current fuel hauling job i've been on for 13 1/2 years so coming here and reading you guy's post have really eased my mind quite a bit. I have never seen so much pride or content with a trucking job in my entire career! I feel like for once, after 20+ years of driving i'll actually be looked at as a somebody and not just a number!.... Its been a pleasure reading everyones experiences from the time you all have applied, interviewed, hired on and got on your own and the encouragement and support that everyone has given along the way.... I think I finally found what i have been wanting my whole career!...... Keep the rubber side down guy's, Thanks for being the Pro's that you are!......... Ricky'

 

Hey rail welcome aboard I too came from 10 yrs of fuel hailng making good money so I know how your feeling but Walmart is the best place I've worked in my 17 yrs of driving along with being an o/o. If you have any ? Feel free to put it out there.
