Thanks for the reply's. It's weird I've been doing a pre trip for 25 years and I even taught at a truck school for a while, but I still get nervous when it's my turn to test.
Been hauling fuel for the last 15 years it'll be weird not stopping at RR crossings.

 

Your week for riding with your mentor will range from 1500 to 1800 dollars ball park figures . Depends on location and your mentor and work load. Thinks are a little slow currently as they always are after the holidays.

 

Thanks a bunch for the reply grabber, considering its slow and i'll still gross 300 to 600 bucks more than i do now is really going to start this new year off right!

 

All the stores are almost a day ahead of schedule now so there's a little wait time on loads. I learned to just take the holidays off!

 

I know the feeling, been hauling fuel myself for about that long between 2 companies. Been a pretty good living but my wife gets more nervous the longer i do it and i'm ready to hang it up myself.

 

I will be in Opelousas for orientation on 1/11 also. I haven't posted here before but I've been lurking in the shadows gathering info. This thread has been really helpful.

Well first day out with my mentor was excellent got in about 550 miles with a drop and hook at a store and one at a vendor.....super excited love it already!
