    I received a booklet in the mail explaining the changes to how we will accrue paid time off starting later this summer. It looks like we can accrue more days off than the current system. The more hours worked, the more days you can accrue. The days will accrue every pay period, so they can be used sooner.

    The booklet also explains the new salary continuance that is increasing from 13 to 26 weeks of paid time off (one week waiting period) for personal illness or disability. You will also be able to be paid for 2 weeks a year to care for an ill family member or birth of a child (10 weeks if you are the associate who is giving birth).

    Looks pretty good to me from what I have read.

    Hmmm, I am curious if Safety days will just be added to the PTO, as they don't mention them. Maybe they are coming out with a new bonus program also??

    I feeling pretty good 2nd day on my own First day did 435 miles and 3 loads today had to change trucks after getting settle in truck told them I had 3 hour got a load to Bryan Texas from Sealy and then picking up a load of pallets here and going to San Antonio after changing trucks I still got 350 miles without going to San Antonio I glad I got on with Walmart anyone That may be on the fence trust me it is very well worth it I hope everyone stays safe tonight
