Walmart here I come!

Can't do major announcements to only three days of depart groups. Gotta be everyone.

 

It's not depart group meetings. Those are the days the 3 DCs in California are each having there respective grassroots meeting.

 

I know in California ours will be a little different due to state laws. Just like we have to take 2 30 min breaks, and we automatically get 3 ADP sick days a year.

 

No meetings here for this week, so I don't think anything is happening.

 

Someone used the term depart group, that's why I made the comment.

 

So, what's the consensus, will the new PTO program be an additional benefit or are you losing something in the process?

In other words, good thing or bad thing?

 

Good or bad? I don't think we know for sure. The brochure given to us was pretty vague on the details and as you can read here, there are questions to be answered. Ask me in a year after we lived it with it and you'll get a more accurate answer.

 

Think it might be good for the new guys, but not so good for the old fellas!

 

I start orientation on Monday, I wonder if they'll even mention it?

Probably not, since it hasn't been implemented yet.
