At my dc anything 2015 newer comes with fridge a good cooler holds ice for a couple days most dcs have ice machines it doesnt take long to figure you out a system good luck God bless

Things have changed. It used to be a very closed group. But the company has realized that we have an aging workforce and will need many new drivers in the near future. What's the best way to attract drivers?Have high standards and answer questions honestly.

Back in Aug. of last year I was involved in an fender bender type of accident, on the application I didn't see were i could put on there an unpreventable accident. What really through me for a loop is, it's not showing up on my MVR or DAC report. So my question is, how do I let them know?

 

It was so bad this year across there, the GTM had shirts printed that said "I survived Donner 2016".

 

Well besides Donner you will be going over the Siskyous a lot going into Oregon also. But, your running area will be Buckeye to Albany, Or, occasionally to Utah. Im in Red Bluff now and heading to Oregon.

 

I don't know the exact answer to this as it has been so long since I went through the hiring process, and things have changed.
That said, others have said on here you will have a chance to review your application at your interview and make any changes before actually signing it. Did the wording say to list ANY accident, or just preventables? Do you happen to have any written statements from your company it was non preventable? If you are confident ( and I'm not doubting you) it was non preventable, I'd mention it up front and say what you said here, you didn't see how to specify it. I don't see an issue.
Be up front with the company. They value that. I've stepped up and told them of my mistakes that they would probably never have known of. Basically, it's, did you learn from your mistake? Go out and do better.
