WMT will take back all gdc in the future. OSC's aren't doing to well. I've thought of sealy. But I want to stay gdc, and not go gmdc.

Taking back the grocery D.C.'s will never happen. If anything we should be concerned with them outsourcing the gm.drozzer69 Thanks this. -
Still see Walmart bringing in lots of new trucks and drivers where I'm at so I don't think that's a big issue to worry about at the moment. We've actually raised our driver number to more than 40+ drivers within the past year to kick out all the dedicated that has been lingering around. Now they're back again, but only to help out during the peak season.

Another step closer, current employer was contacted today.
WallyWife and georgear1084 Thank this. -
The issue has been osc want more $$$ but can't produce how wm wants them. So wm has given them time and are taking there DC's away from osc. That's how my DC was done, and I was able to get on. However my DC has been a model to see if others could work this way. And its been going great!!!
So yes new caney and other dc's will be serviced by wmt instead of osc's in the future. But this maybe as far as 3 yes dwn the line.georgear1084 Thanks this. -
I can assure you this is already in the works. Other wise wmt wouldn't be hiring so many qualified driversDriverinwhite and BackIsSore Thank this.

What does osc stand for? Hope there's a time we get rid of all dedicated. Tired of these guys ruining our company's image with their subpar driving skills.
Pharroh336, WallyWife and georgear1084 Thank this. -
