Ever notice how much dedicated tears up their trucks just going to the same locations we do? Sure there are a few tights stores but most of it is relatively easy to get in & out.

Our GR Dc only has about 20 WM trucks and the rest is all dedicated. Almost every Swift truck there has something torn off of it like it drove through Mosul.

When I have to work out of that DC for the week, I just shower at truckstops since the Swift drivers trash our common areas so bad. In the toilet stalls, the Swift mechanics will also sit in there forever on their phones milking the clock so you have to go walk to the OTR check in office and use those bathrooms instead which actually tend to be cleaner.

Comment doesn't bother me, I just do my job and focus on what I'm suppose to do and not worry about who Walmart uses, I do don't put myself above anybody else

If it feels like we're putting ourselves above to you, it's because we are talking about our own company issues in our company's forum. Remember you're an outside carrier pulling a Walmart trailer.

Whole lot of drama as of late I dont care who pulls what as long as my paycheck is good and Walmart just too busy for only private fleet at the moment so I expect to see dedicated for a long time

Cameras? Yea I had them at my last company. And they were no good, only used them to fire ppl. But I'm not sure what capacity WMT would use them in.

Its an invasion of privacy though. As they claim they can't just watch you. But the Safety director at previous company stated.

We know what y'all are talking abt. And wht your listening to on the radio. Then had the nerve to say but we're not spying on yall. Well if that ain't spying then wht is!!!!

Another former company I worked for has them. But there outward facing with no mic in cab. And everyone says that the only way they would deal with a camera. But facing both ways with a in cab mic is too much!!!
