Walmart here I come!

I would be ok with this provided it does not result in more long wait times at vendors because either the load is not ready, already gone after being double dispatched, or lengthy wait time just to even check in at a vendor. I dread going to Ozarka in Hawkins, TX during the summer months. Nothing worse than being out in the boonies with little to no cell coverage and they have a half mile wait just to check in at that single line gate. I was burned once waiting in line for 3 hours. Every time I went back and saw the long line, I called the ROC and was moved somewhere else. Not a place you want to be late in the day when you are running out of hours. With them planning to rely more on the optimizer, then the problem may become no one at the ROC answering any phone calls to address some of these delay issues.

I still like having human intervention when needed!

 

You post it here it's free to comment on sounds like you need a new tax person. Like 600.00 is going to affect your taxes if you know it all why you asking us.

Not sure what you mean by wait time at vendors. More time?other than that we're doing all those things already.

A big weight was lifted off my shoulders Wednesday after passing my pretrip and road test. Thank you to all the drivers on here that's been giving tips and advice. I had been stressing about it for 3 weeks but now I'm very relaxed and just waiting for my call to get my start date. I'm looking forward to working with all you drivers.
