Depends on the money your looking to make. On that program 65/70k . They say you can run extra and can until things get slow then they tell you no.
If your looking for 80k plus you need to get on a 5/2 5/3 or 6/3 or something along those lines.

Found out probably why Spring Valley IL DC is always hiring. They have the least amount of programs (5/5, 2/3) Was told they only have a few programs and will have to flex till a driver falls off of one, which could be years.

It used to take many, many years to get on a program at Buckeye. That didn't affect whether or not folks stayed at that DC. As a matter of fact, before Rick's hiring group, Buckeye had not hired in over 6 years.

It used to take upwards of 8 years to get on a program. Rick was lucky due to the amount of retirements at Buckeye, and it "only" took him 2 years and 9 months.

Hello! My husband just passed the driving test and physical today at Grove City. Now we play the waiting game, too. Can you tell me anything about the insurance that is offered out of that D.C.? Thanks so much

That's what I said to our GTM, he said the new hires are needed to cover the new PTO, and our fleet expansion. We have guys getting trucks in 3 months.

You also have to figure that corporate realignment has just came out. We've picked up 20 stores @ 7045 alone. Need bodies to do that work driver.
