On the day your scheduled to go home how many hours do you have to work. Wondering if you work less to allow time for the drive home otherwise I'd have to sleep in the truck and drive home in the morning

 

Your expected to run your clock out every day including your go home day . Sure some days it's based on the work load.
They aren't worried about your ride home and sleeping in the truck once your week is over is not permitted. More then likely someone else is jumping in it.

got a question. im currently in the process of becoming a wmt driver. i keep seeing all the comments that ur life will change. so my question is how is that. its it the pay or just the whole wm package. i know it pays well i got two uncles that drive. but why does everyone always say your life is about to change. just curious

 

At 6840 we have 2 day cabs. Those drivers have almost 20 yrs or more with the company. They work Monday-Friday with set runs and go to the motel every night
