Quality of life and way you're appreciated. Although I do not totally agree with 100% of all policies, there really isn't much better out there. As long as you Do the right thing, do your job correctly, follow company policy and be a professional, you will be spoiled & pampered. Pretty close to the perfect job. Yes you still have to deal with the motoring public but that's just driving. Down the road I plan on retiring from here![]()

Well 3 day through the week with my mentor and only have delivered 1 store and 2 vendors. They weren't lying about getting miles at my DC. When I get to my next stop tomorrow stop I'll be around 2k on milage. I'll write a longer post about my first week when I get more time. Yall be safe

but i will say this. wm is already changing my life. since more and more trucks are going tobacco free at the dc's. I decided to put down the cigs and go on a bake fish and pasta diet. 1 week down and already feel better. so if and when i get hired on then there won't be a problem with me smoking cause i cant drive 250 miles without smoking. so I stopped smoking period.

Hey guys, I just got set up for a phone interview on Monday. I just saw today that they posted another DC that I would rather work at. Can they just switch me or do I have to wait until they call me for that one?
