I need to come down and work in Texas, our delays average 3-4 hours when those slow times of the year are upon us. I don't know why I should just be happy that I get to sit for 4 hours with no pay like some of the other drivers think I should lol.
And you're right, get rid of the 14 an hour delay and replace it with ADP. That'd be a sweet setup.
Walmart here I come!

To me I think the quality of 10hr breaks all depends on the individual setup and job. I was working a 12hr shift from 4pm-4am. There's times I would work later and/or get off earlier. I only lived 10 min away so I got plenty of rest. I don't have a family so that's a plus.
I get same amt of rest at WM but if I wake up sick or need to #2 I'm not in the comfort of my own home. Didn't realize how much I miss that until now. So quality of hometime will vary from driver to driverBackIsSore Thanks this. -

Alright fellas it's 15 degrees tonight. I've got the thermostat in the sleeper set on 90 degrees. All it's doing it's blowing out cold air. I've flipped the switch on the dash several times. I've turned it off and on in the sleeper. I've yet to hear the APu fire up

Under the circumstances, best to get on the phone with the shop at your home DC. I guess you may not be at a DC with a shop right now. -
