When Walmart verifys employment do they send the form to all your previous driving employers or just your current one?

Taking my second shot at WM. Just passed my phone interview for a position out of Spring Valley, IL. Last year I failed my pretrip test by taking too long. Was told I was overly thorough. Does anyone have any tips for getting through the pretrip quicker? Any help would be appreciated.

Well I've been driving for Walmart for three months now. Got my first hos violation last night on the qualcomm. I drove 28 minutes over. (two Pilot and one Love's Truck stop was completely full). No Walmart stores around so I had to keep driving. How screwed am I come Monday morning?

There is nothing in black and white on how to do an official pre trip. You just have to keep watching YouTube videos on how to do a pre trip and just remember to be vocal with everything you are pointing at and touching.

You'll be fine. Just don't do it again. I believe you're allowed 3 log violations like that within a year. Our safety guy told us during orientation to start looking for somewhere to park within your last 2 hours. Personally, I avoid truckstops like the plague. None of these guys out here driving these days know how to drive and I don't want to spend time reporting a accident when Swift/Werner/Schnieder/Foreigner backs up into my truck while sleeping.

You get 4 violations before you get a step. As a general rule wm drivers don't park in truck stops. I unfortunately had to twice now and the last time I was hit by a Canadian xtl driver. Haven't parked at one since. I will throw away 2 hours of drive time before I park in a truck stop now
