Once you are hired by Walmart, any and all additional treatment and equipment needed for sleep apnea will be paid at 100% by Walmart if you choose.

I came to Walmart already being treated for sleep apnea. All the DOT medical examiner wanted to see was the data from the CPAP machine proving I have used the device at least 70% of the time (5 out of every 7 days) for a minimum of 4 hours per day. You can only receive a maximum one year medical card if treated for sleep apnea.

I strongly suggest acting on this ASAP or you risk being called for a physical, which will be on the same day you pass the road test, and have your application terminated if the DOT medical examiner flags you for a sleep study to be done, which is likely. I know you have said you do not have the resources. I do not think you are looking hard enough to say this. Even if your credit score was very poor, there are many lenders online who will offer financing. So what if they charge you a high interest rate to cover up to a few thousand dollars. The money that could be earned working here could wipe away any loan balance in one or two pay periods.

 

I was pissed when the dot doctor wouldn't give me my card without a sleep study. I have been on a cpap for almost 4 years. I haven't felt this good in years.

 

no i haven't called yet. but what im saying is if wm requires me to get real study and cpap before they hire me. then it will be over for me. i can't afford the time off at my current job or the cost of the unit and test.

 

If you were required to go get a sleep test when you go get your physical for Walmart transportation you will be disqualified required to go get the sleep test and have to reapply in order to be hired by Walmart got to be able to get A one year medical card

 

Do you not have health insurance? It pays for it.
