You should be in our office at 9:00 in the morning and hear the complaining, and it's usually from the same yahoos that #### where they eat.

Getting a bit tired of hearing how messed up things are here when most wouldn't last a day where many of the new hires are coming from if given the option to try it out.
Then there's the, if you haven't been at WM for 20 years you're just a newb when many of those guys are getting into accidents and leaving trucks filthy on the inside themselves. -
I tell those guy I only been here a short time but I was in the Army for 21 years defending their right to deliver that freight for Walmart and they normally they shut the hell up because I didn't have the balls to sign that blank check the United States government and if they did they didn't have the balls to stay inkruz1980, Lardfast, Ironhead2542 and 5 others Thank this.

Thank you for your service and to others that see this on here as well.
Some bad drivers have sneaked into working here, but we've all seen or heard of good drivers that couldn't make it on the first try. A lot of us have good records and have driven in or dealt with much more challenging conditions than bringing a trailer to a Walmart store. No need to treat us like we just came out of truck driving school as we clean up a 10-20 year driver's messy tractor just to make it comfy for our day or two. -
Things to save your job and headaches at this place... Don't argue or try discussing any issues with store personnel. They're on a different wave length and for the most part you're just a driver to them.
I notice some guys at our place get so worked up over the stores, but I realized it's just best to keep quiet as I notice a lot of people at the store seem to be just there to collect a paycheck.kruz1980, TomOfTx, drozzer69 and 1 other person Thank this. -

I have always said it's not the years in one's experience that makes the man. It's the experience in one's years.
Comments like what you describe make me realize the reason for the contempt some flatbed guys have for "doorslammers".
Thank you from yours truly as well, sir.

Yeah i don't get it, there are trash cans just about everywhere you go and everywhere you look, why they don't use them is a mysteryBackIsSore Thanks this.

They sure get bent out of shape when you pick up their trash and put it right back on their doorstep!Lardfast, Woodenleg, drozzer69 and 1 other person Thank this.
