Does WMT still run 10 speeds in there truck, or are they going over to autoshift?

 

I haven't had to purchase fuel offsite since I've been here in close to 2 years. But the card gives us the permission to do so.

Hoping to be part of the private fleet soon. Was on the fence for a while, but this thread has really helped me . I appreciate you guys helping me with all the questions I have had.

 

Yeah they told us all our new ones this year will still be 10sp. I fueled once at a truck stop just enough to get me to the next D.C.. Sometimes there's no choice. Even had to fuel it myself. And clean my own windows. It was brutal

 

You need to bring that up in Grassroots. Place ain't what it use to be. The company should've sent an associate from the nearest store to do all that for you. Many companies would never treat us that bad!

 

The outfit I am currently employed at started switching to autoshift truck in 2015. A lot of the old guy were complaining, but once they started driving them they love them. Especially in heavy traffic situations.
