Walmart here I come!

WM doesnt want the driver doing anything in the store. Because if the driver gets hurt no one else is certified to move their truck.

 

If they seem capable of unloading me in a timely manner, I stand and watch. If I see them trying and struggling with it, I will provide minimal help. Yes, I know I'm not supposed to, but I'm not going to stand and watch someone trying to unload a pallet of bottled water with a manual pallet jack without at least giving them a push.

 

i hear ya quick question for you guys i know it depends upon region but yeah they have been working us to the last second lately but everybody is complaining about miles being down i know mine are seems like my first day out i get good miles then the day before i go home they have to deadhead me 350 to 400 miles real optimization there huh? because they keep hanging us up at other dc's throughout the week then the roc has to scramble to get us back in

If that happens then I will look for another job.Knowing that I lost my job trying to help someone would not bother me.

 

95% of the stores I deliver groceries too the people in the back. Have an attitude not all but most of them. If I say how's it doing and you don't say anything. I take my lock off the trailer and open the door and it's all yours. We have been told by our safety manager not to even enter the trailer.

 

Our safety man who's been with the company many years doesn't want us to help but says we can if we want and will not get fired.

 

Anyone see that old man on the FB group saying we're getting a pay cut?

One of the days he made 80 bucks & he worked 13 hours, most of the other days were about 150
