Manage your hours correctly and you won't have to worry about running out at the end of your week. If you have 8hrs left on your 70 when you start your last day, show 6 or 7 left on your ETD. Give yourself some cushion.
georgear1084 and kruz1980 Thank this. -

That's not too bad for how bad it sounds.

I'll take Spring Valley Illinois over Apple Valley. First year gross $92k for dealing with Chicago silliness.

After realignment , Apple valley lost all there Las Vegas stores; & picked.up east la stores like Compton; Pico Rivera & long beach,
You will occasionally get a backhaul to porterville, then back to la
I have got 1 buckeye load, & 2 hurricane loads in the time I have been at av. & that is the only time I have traveled out of Los Angeles & California, other than about 7 porterville loads, never been to red bluff
If you live in the area & like la. It could be a great job -
good evening hope everybody is safe and well i came to wally from estes so of course things are drastically different really like the atmosphere here like any job its not perfect but pretty close but i do have a question from some of you guys and gals in the northeast like myself are you guys getting locked into other dcs for days at a time? im new here so im wondering if its just me? but the complaining from the senior guys here seems to echo my same situation and the morale is devestatingly low i have a wife and 3 boys to feed so i havent spoken with any mgt. about it yet just trying to wait it out and see what happens ? and it is a good job and im not trying to down the company but in reality the areas that we operate in and the traffic and the wonderful optimizer they love so much have second guessing if this is the right fit for me as no its not all about the money but i will just say this objectively my adp is far reaching from what they advertise so any advice guys? thanks and be safe out there
georgear1084 Thanks this. -
Pick up the phone and call someone. General rule of thumb is if your in an area for more then 24 hrs, you can asked to be moved on else where. If they are short handed in that area, you may have to stay a bit longer. Either way, you are staying busy correct?
georgear1084 Thanks this.
