Walmart here I come!

All this waiting we have to do now is ridiculous at 14 dolla an hour that's ridiculous. We should be making 25 dollar an hour easily for have to set at vendors and wait for empties especially when they are doing pull aheads. I'm not going to go on layover early or give them hours. I stay on duty and set there and wait.

 

Should be 1/10 adp just like meetings, drug screen, and helping out moving trailer on yard

 

That's why I don't save hours. On go home day they run me to the end, but day 2,3,4, they let me sit for 4-6hrs at a vendor. I run hard, go off duty for showers and 30 min break, and that's it. I had a bump 2 weeks ago that was 22 miles away, I had 5 hrs for the day left and they say "you'll be lucky to get back here tonight because there isn't an empty for you. Then why send me at 15:00 for a 14:00 bump the next day 25 minutes away knowing I'll sit all night?

 

The

more they take away, the more they lower the standards to work here. Eventually we'll be no different then regular carriers.

 

Is there recruiting incentives for referring new drivers ?

 

Nope, I had a friend apply and asked about being referred by me.

I haven't gotten my last 2 sheets. My coordinator hasn't been in and I've just gone to a different window. There has to be another way to check
