Thank you Matt !! Change happens everywhere, and it is a constant. If you want to see what happens when you don't change with the times, look at Kmart. When all is said and done, we will probably hate some of the changes, and like some of the changes. That is the way it usually works. Plus, once WM "decides" on something, there will be meetings and more meetings. They will get more and more input from the drivers, both good and bad. Then, as often happens, they will change their mind or fix things.

The negativity and constant speculation with NO information gets beyond silly. It also amazes me how everyone can hear these messages and understands them 100% differently. I guess it all depends on how you go in listening to it. If you expect negative, that is all you will hear. If you don't, you just take it at face value like many here are saying, and like my husband is saying also. Why make yourself so miserable until you actually know something?? It boggles the mind.

And why is no realignment that big a issue. That does not mean the end is near lol.

 

Realignment is a go at 6023. I'm not sure how meny others are .

 

This is still one of the best driving jobs avail. Lot of bitter people here lately for no reason other then letting rumors get the best of them. There have been zero drastic changes in the 5 years I've been here. And it's still very hard to get fired from here. Pm me if you have any questions.

It's not being called a realignment. . They are calling it's schedule revision or something along those lines. 6023 and a couple other dc's are doing that per Bryan Most. But there is no realignment until Feb. It's all in the audio messsge. I also heard Mark cut the Monday outs and Tuesday outs way back . Any truth to that or another rumor?

 

There were some Monday and Tuesday out set runs that were changed. I was told it was done so they had more drivers for the weekend. This what I asked Mark on Monday . Mark I heard on the OBC that realignment was cancelled. His response. That does not include us. I'm only going by what he said. If understood him sorry.

 

Stay where your at Walmart is good but not great as it once was.
