when ever i need/want to buy something online, i always go to amazon and my other ecommerce retailers. i cannot recall ever buying anything from walmart (online), as thier selection of goods simply does NOT COMPARE to the other online companies.

they are nearly all gone now. walmart came in, dropped prices so low, and back then with AMERICAN MADE products, then as the smaller companies folded, walmart jacked up thier prices and started importing more form the other countries.
frankly, even though i am a wamart shopper (since nealry all the other stores are gone) it wouldn;t bother me one bit if walmart folded up as well......but i just do not see that happening any time too soon.drvrtech77, D.Tibbitt and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
i'm there to get what i need, which means i am there to spend money.
as for cashiers, they already have at each end of cashiers row, self serve check outs......
when i go shopping, at a retialer, i want a REAL cashier, not self serve. the prices I PAY, I DESERVE a real cashier.foggy, Trucker61016 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -

anyway, they went on strike, for the usual reasons..like more money...
ok, strike has been over now about 2 months..
now there are MORE self serve check outs, and fewer cashiers..
gotta be careful what you wish for, when you go on strike.Trucker61016 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
