The fact is Wal-Mart Transportation chooses who drives for them, It is why they have drivers who have waited years for the opportunity and when they get that opportunity they generally stay until retirement. Average length of service at wal-mart trans is more than 10 years. BTW I have absolutely know affiliation with Wal-Mart in any way as I feel Wal-Mart as a Company is absolutely disgraceful in all areas except for Wal-Mart Transportation.BigRik and grabberblue12 Thank this. -

I may have forgotten some things. But as you can see if you can't get into Walmart. Maybe the union of Teamsters is a option so you can get paid what you should.
This was by no means a shot at Walmart it's just a comparison of the two. It's honestly pretty #### close some are better then others, but if money out weighs it all I'm not scared to say Walmart probably is better starting off.
So like I said, don't meet their expectations and qualifications try the union. Good luck!Pintlehook, skinnytrucker, Pocket change and 1 other person Thank this. -
Big Papaxx Thanks this.
