Not a problem. My husband has had as little as 250 miles in a day, and as much as 620. It doesn't matter if it is high miles or high activity, they find plenty of ways to pay you. :D

As they tell all of the drivers, you are the captain of your own ship. You are a professional driver, and you are the one out there. If you feel the conditions are unsafe, you have the right to pull off and stop. They will never pressure you to drive when conditions are poor. Frankly, they never pressure you period. They would rather you be safe.

Ok in that case I won't have a problem. I hope my former employers respond to Wal-Mart's employment verification requests in a timely order,I understand that can mean the difference between getting hired or getting the axe. Time will tell I guess.

It was mentioned earlier in this thread that walmart always finds reasons to feed you. I just want to confirm that to be true. Rolled into DC 7034 in Smyrna, DE on Thursday around lunch time and they had steaks on the grill, baked potatoes, baked beans, and salad for any and all drivers to enjoy. What a perk!

I quit FedEx Freight to drive for Walmart. Best thing I ever did. I work days, not at night, and make a lot more money.
My ADP is fairly steady and my wife and I are paying off debt rapidly. Still chasing that $500 day, but I got within $10 of it a couple times now.

Are you doing a lot of grocery to hit over 400 a day? Seems like 330-360 is the avg for me maxing out the 11 hours of drive time each day. But mostly do just GM with 250-300 mile one ways just to the store.

My ADP is around $380. Usually do dry grocery runs on the weekend. Last pay period, I only had 2 days under $400.
