Good manners

A low tone of voice, rather than a shouting one

Some but NOT ALL knowledge of mechanical things, so you can converse intelligently with the mechanics when you have a break down.

Good grooming habits.

Ability to read, write and comprehend the ENGLISH language.

Desire to get the job done, even if it means you have to sacrifice your personal time off. (in other words, if your company tells you that YOU NEED to be in California THIS WEEKEND, JUST DO IT, you will always have other weekends, so don't put up a hissy fit).
