I was just on the phone with a friend of mine who is a recruiter at one of the medium size carriers. He told me that he knows when the company is not doing as well financially as usual ... Not bringing in company drivers at the moment , lease ops or owner ops ok ... that means money is lacking.

They're all paid weekly. Your paycheck is really dependent on your downtime, fuel and what have you.

That's a loaded question. When you say "typical" it includes all the brain-dead idiots. I can tell you when I did a L/P it was about $50k pre-tax. I did complete the L\P and stayed with the same company. Post lease the pay went to over $100K pre-tax.

Not true I own my truck in 1 year and 6 months and the lease was a 2 year lease best in leasing by far♂️jeff18 and Voodoo Pyg Thank this.
