Does anyone on here know much about Roehl's flatbed division?

I havent been down to Laredo in awhile. Been shooting around a lot. Does SWIFT pay the same for deadhead miles as they do for loaded miles? Thankfully I get paid the same no matter what lol On a 556ish mile deadhead right now. From Tampa to Charlotte

Jeeze.... hope they pay you fuel surcharge for that!
No, I get 81 cpm empty, 94 cpm loaded. So I don't deadhead much. Have to keep my deadhead percentage below 10% to turn a healthy enough profit which is why I don't balk too much about the loop I run all the time even though I'm beyond bored on it. Company drivers are paid the same, empty or loaded. They just released a new "banded" mileage pay which pays significantly more for short hauls, but they didn't include OTR flatbed in that.... which I would love for them to explain that reasoning. -
Im company
