What are you missing? You shouldn't have reported it.
If you were working for an owner-operator that's a decent guy, then, yes, tell him.
    A mega, forget about it.

Have you found a new job yet? Where is your location in New York; that's where you live, right?

    LtlAnonymous Thanks this.

Well you maned up to a company that did not deserve you to start with. I hate to say this, but if you can drive it away, then drive it away, if there was no damage to anyone elses stuff. You said you damaged the tires on the bottom side of the trailer, then you must have driven over something like a curb, consider it lesson learned.
As far as it being reported on your DAC, Explain you had a bad tire and were simply trying to get them to tell you where you could get it repaired, and it got blown out of proportion. the less said over all the better, You'll have to say a little, then shut up.
Give LaCaeyse Transport a call there in Grinnell Iowa, they will fly you in and probably be glad to have yo, anyway give George a call. Refer 48 state, were good people when I worked for them a few years ago,

Don't delete those tire pics. They might make your case during a job interview.

Next time, say you hit some road debris and the tire needs to be replaced.

No need to tattle tale on yourself to your company.

I've been cheated out of enough pay in this industry to no longer act like a boy scout.
