Hey @Brad-Ford, I am not sure if you would mind traveling for school. I am taking a course at a community college right now. The cost is much cheaper then what you are paying. My total was right at 1200 for the class. They will get you a cdl on a manual like you are wanting. I am in NC just out side of Raleigh. The cost of the school is very reasonable and may be worth looking in to if you wanted a different option.

@Brad-Ford They also have weekend classes. They are Friday 6-10 Sat and Sun 8-7 so if you needed to work you could work and just do some weekend classes. I am sure the motel will not be another 3k so it could be worth your time. And they have all kinds of resources to find a job afterwards if you needed it.

If you did the week day classes it will only take 8 weeks but weekends will take 16 weeks.
I am doing the weekend classes so I can work during the week, still have to eat and I will graduate on Dec 22. This will be my Christmas present to myself.Corn-Fed Thanks this. -
