Does anyone have any experience with them? I put a application in with them today for a Non-CDL Driver. Just wondering if they are a good company to work for. Thanks

$15-$16/ hr for a Non-CDL position is not too shabby. Probably would eventually train you to get your CDL over time. I would definately look further into this. Sorry, I don't work for them. Just basing my opinion off their web site. Locate and talk to some of their drivers.

Yeah that's what I thought. Everyone wants to pay $10-12 without a CDL. My last job delivering furniture (VCF) I was making $19.57hr 50-60 hours a week driving a 26'boxtruck with air brakes. That's why I never got my CDL. It had to end eventually. My brothers friend works for ConWay LTL and said he can get me a job there and they will send me to their school to get a CDL. But I hate calling out favors and would rather do it myself. I might have to take him up on it though eventually.

One thing that I have learned reading these boards is that you take help whenever you can. If you have a friend on the inside that can help, look into it. You can repay him by doing a hell of a good job.

Your right. If ward doesn't call (I'm gonna call tomorrow), I'll have to ask the guy at Conway if he can help me out.
