Ok, no comic relief, but some relief, just the same.

First, I drive a truck occasionally. In fact, I'm backed up to a loading dock at America Dispatch, 302 Quivira Rd in Laredo right now, waiting to be unloaded. With that said, I'm also an investigator, having been certified and bonded as a private invetigator in Pennsylvania, with reciprocity in most states.

Although my primary caseload revolves around dealership fraud, other consumer fraud, and automotive lemon law/breach of warranty cases, the basic standards and practices of investigating are the same.

I will not, repeat WILL NOT, be used to validate your lies or stories, and will not be coerced into taking anyone's side on this clustergaggle of a situation.

I have Terry's ex-wife emailing me, Terry talking to me, nascarwife talking about their stuff, and I've interviewed a lady in SC.

I'm not being paid to investigate this, and although that sounds harsh, I investigate things for a living. I entered this discussion on what seemed like someone ripping off someone else, and I don't like scenarios like that... turns out that there's 3 versions of the truth here... not just one.

SO... unless I'm being contracted to help with this matter, please leave me out of it... no more phone calls, emails, etc... I have two jobs, a wife, a moody female german shepard (who requires more attention than everything combined), and a singing hobby.... all of which are more important to me than this situation.

 

Well im sorry it has been awhile but i myself is out here driving a truck and this is how i make my money. Drivers to all be warned that no matter what this person is talking about she or should we say he is kinda full of it and not worth even talking to. Facts are we know whom IT IS and yes the owner of the truck is seriously mad about all of the wrong that was done to her and her company. But this one says SHE is in another business and just posting for someone else...lol..well she did say that it was a kinfolk she is posting for....Well lady here is what i do not understand. 1. your not even the owner of the Truck that you claim was ripped off but you know the whole story and can even tell us all online to the penny what you think you are owed. 2. you say your a retired teacher so that would put you somewhere in your late 50's or early 60's and your husband is a nascar Racer...lol 3. no where in any of you previous post did i ever see where you stated that your posting for someone else but you did say JTA owed you money and 2 differant figures at that. 4. when ask to provide a name to an attorney (That you claim is working on this) you would not do so. so here is what i as JTA TRANSPORT INC (President) has to say to you. If a driver does drive then he or she needs to be paid for the work they perform. And if that driver fails to turn in the required BOL and paperwork then any driver out there that has drove knows that pay could be held until the proper paperwork is sumitted. The reason why (Your Kinfolk) or should we say you did not turn in the paperwork was because you frauded the true and real owner of the company and as i said dirt will and does come out in the wash. Ronin knows and i hide nothing and the other company is working hard to get your (kinfolk) arrested and they should. I will call Jeff Gordon and ask him just whom you are....lol...Im sure he would know. STOP going online and saying bad things about me or my company your the real fraud and im a real driver that is only trying to make it without people like yourself. You hurt the trucking world and people like you hurt all good drivers by doing crazy things and making it to where noone trust noone. Provide your so called attornies name and number so we all can contact him or just shut up......Final line....Shutup Or Putup.

Drivers please pray for that little baby that was killed in FL the jury found her Mom not Guilty today so who is going to answer for that little Girl......Caylee we know your in heaven and we all love you dearly and GOD will give the justice out to whomever it was that harmed you.

Oh so its the ex-wife..lol now things are coming together...gotta love the ex-wives or someone acting like her...but she probally would start a thing like this she hates that i just do not like her at all and plus she is dog face ugly and the new boy friend is a real joke also....She hates that she is also being sued and i think its great...check the federal courts you will see her name as a defendant not a plaintiff.....lol...she thinks she has won but not yet...round 2 is coming only this time they dont want to hear a said story lie...the proof is in the pudding and the legal system will work it out...lol...im not stupid

 

Now ex-wife you know if you are calling people or emailing them about me that you are in violation of the court order and could face upto 6 months per violation against the restraining order....it works both ways not just your way....lol....but whomever it is tell MY daughter hello and I LOVE HER. no matter what.........So TO ALL THE DRIVERS IN THE USA I LOVE MY BABY GIRL AND WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR HER IN THE HIGHEST COURTS IN THE LAND.......GOD BLESS ALL

 

And by the way, although I'm still remaining neutral, the bothersome folks I referred to was not Terry, but the people lurking in the shadows, our nascarwife and Terry's ex...

When I started getting warnings and emails, I knew the BS was flying. I usually got those things as a military investigator when I was getting close to the truth - it's a natural, human defensive reaction, just like trying to throw a dog off the scent.

 

This thread cracks me up, it's like a soap opera.
