    Ha I get what ya saying I'm not in this don't wannabe I just stumbled in here and wound up getting a good laugh at the whole situation. If one party was wronged I am sorry but if you let ur carrier get 9k in debt with you in the first place then maby just maby you hold an equal amount of responsibility in this. I'm just playing devils advocate here I absolutely cannot stand a driver/business owner get taken advantage of but that's why we have OOIDA and good lawyers!

    I agree, although I'm the one who started it!! Thanks, Terry L Sanders, for the humor.

    We only drove for him for 13 days before he was into us for that much money (7,165). We got out of that situation fast when payday came and went with no money. We have talked to another driver who wasn't as seasoned, and was owed over 13k. He was stranded with no fuel, no money, and no food. We made sure he was taken care of.

    As for my lawyer - who cares? You don't need him, Terry, you need Kathy Orr, your attorney :). At least in terms of fighting for your parental rights - which evidently don't mean much to you.

    Have you spoken to anyone at A Touch of Class Limousines lately? Whoops! I forgot they sent you to prison after you bilked (not related to mosey) them out of over 13k. So how did that big tour with Rascal Flatts turn out????? LOL!!!

    Man, I wish I wanst tearing up the inlaws floor all night I could have joined in. On the other hand he's got all 3 stooges, Curly Jo and Schemp covered. You gotta give props for that.
