I did, rate is a ranking...

    U.S. Department of Transportation

    Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
CSA: Just the Facts for Drivers
CSA does not give FMCSA the authority to remove drivers from their jobs and cannot be used to rate drivers or to

revoke a commercial driver’s license (CDL). FMCSA does not have the authority to take those actions. Only State

agencies responsible for issuing licenses, CDL or otherwise, have the authority to suspend them.

show proof that the FMCSA has revoked, or used pressure on a state to revoke a state drivers license.

If FMCSA determines that you pose an imminent hazard, DMV will impose an emergency disqualification of your commercial driving privileges for up to one year. FMCSA defines imminent hazard as "the existence of a condition that presents a substantial likelihood that death, serious illness, severe personal injury, or a substantial endangerment to health, property, or the environment may occur before the reasonably foreseeable completion date of a formal proceeding begun to lessen the risk of that death, illness, injury or endangerment."

you need to read what it says.. The DSMS uses driver/vehicle safety violations and inspection data and crash data to evaluate the safety performance of Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) drivers in seven categories.

no where does it authorize them to rank, rate a single driver.

Yet it says the same thing about the CSMS and yet they do it.

You went from DSMS not being in the federal register to that, how weak.

    synonyms for rank...

rate, rank, range, order, grade, place
    evaluate, pass judgment, judge

interesting that the first synonym for rank is rate...

    so ranking = rating

better look in the mirror about your ###### comment.

    useing your own link

Driver safety management system is NOT in the federal registry, as a stand alone program... As I stated many posts ago, it is part of the evaluation of the motor carrier score.

The FMSCA is NOT authorized to rank rate, individual drivers....
