Sad how many people think Swift OR US XPress are even REMOTELY worthwhile options.

Unfortunately, nobody knows how to sign up with the tiny companies that are worth a ####.

i have a couple opinions on this.

First I am amazed at how many people are willing to let a company roll over them in such a bad way to get a job. Wonder why jobs are paying less and less and giving little to no respect anymore.

Second, if you didn't like that way of getting there why not find your own way there?

driving crap equip, taking runs no one wants, long hours, these are dues to be paid. sleeping in a bus station (if true) is not paying dues, it's allowing someone to have a negative impact on your life for no reason other then to prove they can. Prove you deserve a job with good work ethics but not being someone's chump who will do anything to get a job.

If it were me, I would have had a friend drive me up, flew up, got a motel etc. plenty of options.
