Was the trucker at fault?

    Totally preventable but, have to mention the complete lack of common sense exhibited by the 4 wheeler driver.

    $5 says the trucker was on the phone at the time (with handsfree or not, makes little difference in such situations)

    How so?
    The 4-wheeler was in his own lane; the only thing he didn't do was slam the throttle when the idiot in the truck made his 2-lane tard turn.

    I have never heard of a trucker saying it was his fault. All the ones I know always say it was somebody else fault.

    Had that driver took the outer lane rather then both lanes to make the turn he would have made the turn with ease.

    Given the lanes scenario, it seems the trucker tried to blend common sense, with uncommon sense and attempted to see if it would work. It didn't.
