Even if he was 98% in the middle lane why were you next to him? Your not supposed to pass till the vehicle ahead of you is 100% in the lane.
If you had wrecked and his lawyer had gotten a hold of the film you would have had a big law suit on your hands.
Was this trucker in the wrong?

The driver dosent care if you pass. We are passed all day and night. There is always someone in front of you, so there is nooooo such thing as im gonna be 1st or i dont want to be passed. Thats 4 wheeler mentality. Ive had people run up on me, i signal to change, before i can check my space they break right, so i have to abort my merge. And in some cases they cut back after i abort becuse they want my lane. Problem is i already aborted so i have to start from scratch... a box or a big boy either way nothing happens fast except f'ups. Brights and horns are oh #### i better not do what i was gonna!

Not sure what it is about sitting comfortably inside a vehicle that seems to make people forget they are in control of thousands of pounds of steel and that bad things can happen in an instant but you're a driver looking for an accident.truckon Thanks this. -
You are at fault. Slow down, quit being so agressive. I'm surprised you have a dash cam driving like that.

I think op gave up and went away because nobody saw things his way.
Wild Murphy and truckon Thank this. -

You were wrong. It is obvious from the video that you are all about yourself. You were traveling faster than ALL the other vehicles. You drove in the left lane only (as if it is yours). You flashed your lights not to warn the other driver that he was drifting left into your lane. You flashed your lights while he was moving over to the right telling him to get the H_ _ _ out of your way. You can give it but not take it. You flashed to show him you are the boss. He came back to the left to show you who the boss really is. You are long overdue for a major attitude adjustment.

I'll take a look see and that there is a dog pile.
Honking wont do any good from behind a heavy vehicle. There is so much plush in them cabs nowadays. Brightlighting at night is a no no and in some cases threaten a old time retaliation via a million candlepower sunbeam fired back at you with possibly a destroyed vision and a bad wreck in your future.
Your speed indicates you are a problem as well. I don't think that is a trucker. In any case there is a number of other vehicles influencing this one.
There are many times I'll stick my 18 wheeler in the middle lane and have the cars and others flow around me if they want to go faster. I usually have a strategic reasoning for purposes of being in the correct lane miles prior to important junctions that cannot be screwed up. I-95 cross bronx express above the GWB and near the east river in NYC comes to mind. I'll get a lane that I know is good all the way down and stay in it, it does not matter if it's 30, 50 or whatever. I'll chug along. Most of the time Im the one hoofing it and you would really have to race to stay with me.
I can go on, but I sense a bit of dogpiling here someone let the doggies out today.
