International is famous for this, their 2019 models still route that washer fluid line through the wiring harness. My 2008 was the same, I installed a new washer line.

Use something to keep is active and look for puddles under your truck.

All good answers. Start with what's
    simple.

Often the nozzles or the tubing between the nozzles and the pump get clogged or leak.

Disconnect hose at pump and spin it .. if fluid comes out it’s a blockage in the hose .. no fluid it’s the pump .. doesn’t get simpler

Final follow up results for all of those whom weighed in.

I tried, on the road, all of the simple fixes that made sense.
When I got in, I got with our shop guru and we jumped on it and he agreed with everything that we all have said.

We snatched the pump off.. put another on.. and it's fixed.

The old pump had worn/snapped impellers.
It's just an 16, so it's probably just cheap parts that Freightliner installed, or perhaps a rare bad one.

Thanks for the input.. it is as ALWAYS.. deeply appreciated.
