    Same here. You have to do a big question and answer thing with the dumbest questions. Like "if you seen an oil leak on a piece of equipment but had a meeting to go to what would you do?" I said I'd report it then go to the meeting. I guess that wasn't the right answer lol.

    Waste Management was going to hire me in my hometown Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They told me $14.50/Hr during training then $12.50/Hr after training plus incentive pay if you finish your route early. Wasn't enough money for me so I passed.
