    Okay I have to play devils advocate here. You hit something with the truck...You should at least have to pay the deductable for the insurance or the cost of a new bumper. You were responsible for driving the truck and you didn't have control. Yes accidents do happen, but if the roads were that bad you should of parked it...YOU ARE THE CAPTIAN OF THE SHIP. As for the oversize load and permit deal. Again you are incharge of the equipment and load. If he doesn't want to get permits then don't run it. Remember its your butt on the line. I will admite to running a couple of loads without permits, but these are very rare cases where the load was only going 15-30 miles and I was in the middle of no where.

    As for your last pay slip. I agree with the others here that you are entitled to the documentation at the least to show what you owed (if any) to the company. Go after them either in court or file a complaint with the BBB.

    Come on guys be nice she was upset and forgot her spell check. It is bad enough that she did not get her last check too.
