    sorry
    WRONG
Most Schneider OTR make a flat CPM (.28-.42) with quarterly bonuses if certain metrics are met (idle time, over speed, on time delivery).

    Sipesh and gentleroger Thank this.

Base is now .34, top out .50 (region dependent).

Also it's not SNIs choice to run the stupid CA pay structure - it's the result of all the "I should be paid for all on duty time" people. Every split pay structure I've seen except one has screwed the driver.

Seriously tho, a 4 Billion dollar a yr corporation and they couldnt have said; "We will drop the stop pay by half, and then allocate the $11.00 an hr for on duty time" ? That seems reasonable. Oh, and Ive spoke with various Schndr drivers, OTR and regional. The above poster is right and wrong. The OTR Ive spoken to say they get a flat 30% of load. This also could be attributed to the fact that they are long-term Schnder drivers. I think now, some if not most are making a CPM.

Sorry for the mistake, plus the ######## post (re: Wrong, Schnder pays 30% of load). I had one hell of a day the night I posted this. No disrespect intended. Good site

    It's all Schneider now.
I applied to WTSH yesterday on their site and was instantly directed to SNI site

Have you ever got a bonus? My dbl likes to sabatoge my metrics, and come up with a bs excuse. I am at my limit with them.

Could you explain how your dbl is sabotaging your metrics? If I know more maybe I can help. Usually dbl's will do everything they can to get the driver his bonus as it looks better for the dbl (and their own bonus)

Your eta accuracy is dependent solely on what time you say you're going to deliver when you leave the shipper.

Say you have a 1300 delivery appointment but for whatever reason - late dispatch, weather, customer delays, impossible dispatch, etc - you know when you pick up the load the best you can do is to deliver at 1500. Thats the time you put in the "trip planning" task. Then you get 3 hours before and 30 minutes afyer to be considered "accurate ". So if you put in 1500, as long as you deliver between 1200 and 1530 your eta is "accurate".

You also only need to be 90% accurate to get full points. Even if you're a little below, you can make it up by following the fuel solution more, or getting better fuel economy.
