im not going to tell people they allow it, cause they dont!, like 6309 said some drivers get away with it... some dont....

The people that the company gives a hard time to are the ones you see sitting around the terminal and having their ##### session with anyone who will listen. That's why several of us ask for local work to get away from these folks plus were here to make money.

Nice, thanks for the heads up 6309. I really don't care where I go as long as I get miles and I'm not waiting for 6 hours on a 43 mile trip. Oh well, good with the bad.

Dick is a good guy. But if Retired cant take S2B's criticism I dont think he'll like it when he loses his gear going down that hill and the truck is doing 120 mph while Dick is yelling off at him!!

 

wll what i was trying to get at was that he should not choose a company based on their idling policy. he should not worry about how comfortable a driver is in the truck, cause the reality is that most companies just dont care about how comfortable a driver is... they ALWAYS have someone waiting to fill his seat....
but yes.... i agree, if he cant take it from me... then he will have a bigger problem with big ol' dick
