I'm sure Canada will still be an issue and companies could still use that as an excuse. And if companies have to hire violent offenders insurance is going to be unaffordable.

 

The funny thing is I HATE and I mean HATE this group in the white house.

Sure its stupid that some companies won't hire me but thats because they don't know me, only whats on my record and I gotta live with that. Yea it sucks, yea I get #####y sometimes about it but thats the way it is.

I do not agree with anything obama is doing save for the voting issue. I've been voting all my life here in oregon and did not vote for him. I think if people paid their price, they aught to get some rights back, personaly I would take it a step further

Sex offenders lose the right to have sex, Murderers and violent felonies with weapons lose the right to own a weapon.... Etc DUI lose the right to drive for life.

I think the punishment should fit the crime, not put a blanket loss of rights on people who have paid their price.

Also as crapy as it is, companies have the right to hire based on their needs. Skin color, disability and religion should be ONLY protected basis, If for some reason any of the above gets in the way of performing your job ( muslims handling pork at the check out line ) than they need to find another job.

 

Don't forget the Watkins Shepard DAC folder, daily posts there. Drivers are on daily sometimes forget about this thread since it is not in the folder. Thanks.

 

dont forget that this here used to be watkins best tool for information,
then, someone, no names, had to go about it their own stupid ### way an screw it alllllll the f up, and made it more complicated, made more work for people to do to find alll the information that once was here,
for all the new people that read here, please feel free to ask about any questions here in this section, and many many more people will read and respond, rather then having to shuffle around up in the stupid dac setion.


sorry, but to the person that decided it would be a " great " idea to put w.s in the dac section messed this up bad here for the company, i actually wouldnt mind if the mods deleted the w.s dac section, if u go back and read the endless post, questions and replies from past/current/future drivers this thread never one left the top 4 spots on this section, now it makes it alll the way to the bottom, and on to the next page... then, some newb decided to " fix what WASNT broken "
roxy and sandy used to send people here alll the time, reguarly, n now they dont bother as much, cause now they need to give the people written directions on where to find information...
stuupid.... stupid.... its just stupid!
remeber when roxy/sandy sent u here how easy it was to find things, yeah.. 3 little simple clicks.... now people have to search, find something, go back, search again find it... go back search yet again, find it, then repeat as often as they need... as i said before in the past about the dac section, most people get on here at the end of the day, after work, or after a day of driving, the last thing people wanna do is more work to ask/answer questions...

sorry s2b roxy and sandy never sent me here, and infact i had to search anyway to find this thread before the dac section. Welcome to change, if you dont like it just dont view it, I am sure newbies read in here also, no reason to go calling names because your butthurt that your postwhore section is outdated. Welcome to this new thing called THREADS....

 

I was already looking on here myself as well. I actually got Roxy's name from someones thread. I like the DAC section give the opportunity to see we are real and actually a team and can communicate at any time really. It was funny to ask the mods why there was no DAC folder for Watkins Shepard and they made it and it has been great still easier to find I refer people to the forum tell them to look under the DAC section under inside scoop, have yet for them to come back and say they could not locate it.

Oh well we all have our opinions and I for 1 think it is GREAT.

Yes s2b this thread is almost dead and I think because the DAC almost makes it too easy for newbies to now find the W/S threads with a click. It took me awhile to understand when I post then a check mark is placed next to the title on the menu page with the million other thread titles. Sure makes it easy to find threads I have hijacked in the past.

 

I think Deserted hit the nail on the head. S2b doesn't own this thread or Watkins Shepard nor was he against the DAC thing when it started up. Heck, S2b was even telling all the current drivers to talk on a facebook instead of here at one point. Eventually a star burns out.

The DAC section is great for those to come in and ask specific questions to have answered along with people searching. This post becoming hundreds of pages long is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

I know a lot of today's newbs need to be coddled, but I found W/S completely on my own before it became a rookie mill without the help of some internet bs artist hoping the company sees him sucking up to them.

i said before there was the dac section, there was nothing wrong with this thread what-so-ever... there was zero need to change it....
then someone thought it would be a great idea to change it... ok, fine whatever... i can voice my own thoughts if i want...

call me as u please. it takes a lot more then words to upset me... i dont need to do any type of sucking up to anyone in the company... non.. i am who i am, ill say what i want on here, and do as i please on here... im here to offer advise to people on here.... u can alll have the w.s thread to do what u want...
my suggestion for the the guys to talk on facebook was because they were fillin this thread up with BS information about where they were and what they were doing, so i suggested that they be-friend eachother on facebook and talk thier and keep the tread open for the real information..
i have read over and over a ton of bs information, and misleading information that drivers have put down here on this thread and the dac threads as well. i give actual facts that can be backed by anyone.... not bs
i answer questions, and even ask my own from time to time,
roxy n sandy dont lie to new people, and refer them to here to get the facts from actual drivers, then when they come here they get the wrong information...
